There was a large structural fire on 249 Old Bammel @ Fallbrook that caused a complete closure on 249 early Sunday, January 2, 2022.

This was at the Great Value Storage located at 14318 TX-249, Houston, TX 77086. The 4-alarm fire was fueled by wind and investigators believe this was intentional.

Officials said more than 100 storage units were impacted by the fire.
