A driver was arrested in Downtown Houston after he fell asleep while waiting for the traffic light to turn green. After paramedics checked him out, Houston Police placed handcuffs on him and put him in the back of a police cruiser. This happened shortly after 2 a.m. on March 25, 2022 in the 900 block of St. Joseph in the Skyline District.
