A Pct. 7 Constable was killed on April 2, 2022, after she responded to reports of a suspected drunk driver headed down Beltway 8 in Harris County just outside of Houston. The Constable pulled over on the Beltway between Hillcroft and Fondren, to wait for the driver to pass by when she was rear ended by the same driver in a F-550 truck. The impact, made her patrol unit burst into flames.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
