The father, Michael Fisher, has been arrested and charged with injury to a child-serious bodily injury in the death of a nine-month-old infant. The cause of death is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. Fisher, the child’s father, transported the unresponsive baby to the hospital on March 17th, where the infant was pronounced dead on March 20th. Fisher was arrested on March 27th for an unrelated warrant before being charged in this case.
