A house fire occurred in the Central Southwest area on March 19, 2023, at 4:20 a.m. The incident took place on the 4300 block of Trail Lake Dr.
Firefighters arrived on the scene within five minutes and found a one-story house fully engulfed in flames. They made a defensive attack to combat the fire and protected nearby exposures, which sustained exterior damage. The fire was eventually extinguished, and an investigation to determine the cause and origin is underway. Crews from Stations 47, 2, 21, 59, 48, 80, and 24 responded to the incident.
Unfortunately, n the home was completely destroyed, with the estimated damage amounting to $230,000. The cause of the fire is under investigation but there were no reported injuries.
