EAST HARRIS COUNTY, TX – August 20, 2023 – A suspected drunken driver was arrested on Sunday at around 12:30 a.m. after allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash and driving their pickup truck into the San Jacinto River in east Harris County, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
