HOUSTON, TEXAS – An altercation at a house party on Juliabora in southeast Houston escalated into a shooting, resulting in one male victim being pronounced deceased at the scene and a female victim hospitalized with gunshot wounds. The shooting took place around 1:10 a.m.
According to HPD, the suspect may be a Hispanic male, and potentially a juvenile. Several individuals were detained at the scene, and some of those were found in possession of firearms.
HPD’s Homicide Unit is currently investigating. More details will be provided as they become available.
