Houston Police Identify Victim in Homicide Case

HOUSTON, TEXAS – The Houston Police Department has identified the victim of a recent homicide. The deceased, found last Friday at approximately 5:40 p.m. near a bayou at 1900 Nance Street, has been identified as 18-year-old Tierra Horn.

Ms. Horn’s body was discovered during a search operation conducted by HPD officers and Harris County Precinct 6 Constable deputies. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences conducted an autopsy, confirming Ms. Horn’s identity and ruling her death a homicide. The investigation, led by the HPD Homicide Division, is actively ongoing.
