Charges have been filed against Ethan Tutson, 38, in connection with a shooting that injured a 51-year-old woman at 11239 Crown Park Drive on November 28, 2023, around 5:05 p.m. Tutson faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful carrying of a weapon as filed in the 180th State District Court. He remains at large and is known to operate a maroon Dodge Charger, Texas license plates NSV8830, and a newer model gray or tan Chevrolet Impala with unknown plates.
The incident unfolded when the victim and a witness were attacked by Tutson after a verbal dispute escalated. Despite being shot more than once, the victim was able to seek help and was later released from the hospital. The Houston Police Department (HPD) Major Assaults & Family Violence Division is handling the investigation. Authorities are actively seeking information on Tutson’s whereabouts and encourage anyone with details to contact HPD or Crime Stoppers.
