HOUSTON – First responders responded to the 2600 block of South Kirkwood around 9:15 p.m. in response to a caller who found someone struck by a vehicle lying in the roadway.
The victim, identified as a male by police was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Houston Fire Department.
Police say the vehicle that struck the victim did not remain on the scene.
