HUMBLE, TX – According to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4, a 7-year-old child drowned in a pool in the 7300 block of Foxcrest Lane.
Constable deputies responded to the scene, where the child was found unresponsive. EMS pronounced the child deceased at the scene.
