Houston woman caught on camera twerking while hanging out of moving vehicle

HOUSTON, TX – A woman was caught on dashcam hanging out of a moving vehicle and twerking along the Southwest Freeway on Sunday evening.

The incident occurred as the vehicle exited onto Spur 527.
