HOUSTON, TX – A woman was killed early Saturday morning after being struck by a vehicle during a minor accident in southeast Houston.
The incident occurred around 2:20 a.m. in the 2300 block of Scott Street. According to police, two cars were involved in a minor accident when one of the vehicles struck a black female who was on the ground. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police say the driver of the vehicle that struck the woman may have been intoxicated.
