HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A fatal crash occurred involving a cement truck and a work truck near the 11044 block of Bammel N Houston Road at Beltway 8 earlier this morning.
According to Constable Mark Herman, the cement truck went over the side of the Beltway onto the feeder road. EMS confirmed one occupant deceased, and another occupant suffered possible life-threatening injuries.
