HOUSTON, TX – A man in his early to mid-20s is in critical condition following a shooting near a gas station exit in the 6300 block of Windswept.
The incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. Officers responded to a shooting call and located a Hispanic male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital and underwent surgery.
A second individual, who was not critically injured, arrived at the hospital shortly afterward and is believed to be connected to the incident.
The Houston Police Department’s Major Assaults Division is investigating.
