WELD COUNTY, CO – Dakotah Joslin, who was wanted on more than 100 counts of animal cruelty, was taken into custody today by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, according to the Keenesburg Police Department.

Joslin was being sought by the Northglenn Police Department in connection with the alleged neglect and mistreatment of numerous animals across multiple cities, most of which are located in Weld County. A warrant was issued for her arrest on October 7, 2025, by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office under docket number D0012025CR002625.
The Keenesburg Police Department had previously requested the public’s help in locating Joslin. Officials say public tips played a key role in her apprehension.
She now faces over 100 criminal charges, including multiple felony counts of aggravated animal cruelty.
