HOUSTON, TX – An 18-wheeler struck low-hanging utility lines in a shopping center parking lot in the 1000 block of Federal on Tuesday morning.

Houston Police Department officers responded, and CenterPoint Energy worked to untangle the 18-wheeler from the lines and make necessary repairs. It is not yet known if any injuries occurred.
