HOUSTON, TX – A house fire was reported in the 3900 block of Del Monte Drive around 8:13 p.m.

The fire was upgraded to a two-alarm response. A bystander at the scene stated it was his relative’s home and that she was safe. He also mentioned the fire may have involved a CenterPoint transformer, though this has not been confirmed with the Houston Fire Department.
