HOUSTON, TX – A man was shot and killed in the parking lot of a gas station in southeast Houston.

Around 10 p.m., officers with the Houston Police Department Southeast Patrol Division responded to a shooting call at 6500 MLK at a Valero gas station. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot.

Officers rendered aid and performed CPR until the Houston Fire Department arrived and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

One possible suspect is in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
