HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A 14-year-old was shot multiple times during an altercation at an apartment complex in north Houston.

The shooting occurred around 5:30 p.m. at the Villa Spring Apartments, located at 15101 Blue Ash Drive.

According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, three teens were inside an apartment when a verbal altercation turned physical. During the fight, one of the teens pulled out a gun and fired, striking the 14-year-old three times.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is reported to be in stable condition. The suspected shooter is believed to be 14 years old, but this has not yet been confirmed.
