HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting on JFK Boulevard in north Houston and found one male suffering from a gunshot wound.

The male was transported to a local hospital and was later released.

According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, several people were detained at the scene while investigators worked to determine exactly what occurred. Investigators said the individuals detained provided conflicting accounts of the incident.
