Dr. Matthews interviews homeless men making allegations against a self-described Port Arthur activist

HOUSTON, TX – Dr. Candice Matthews interviewed two homeless men at the Camelot Inn in the Cypress Station area off FM 1960 near Interstate 45 who made allegations against a man they identified as Port Arthur activist David Jones.

During the recorded interaction, the men alleged Jones regularly traveled to Houston and attempted to solicit sex from homeless individuals staying in the area. One of the men claimed Jones chased him before dropping a bag while returning to a vehicle.

The men showed Dr. Matthews items they claimed belonged to Jones, including a needle and other personal belongings. One of the men alleged Jones attempted to inject him with an unknown substance.

Houston Stringer has not independently verified the allegations discussed during the interview, and no charges or arrests connected to the claims were mentioned in the recording.
