HOUSTON – A 64-year-old man was found fatally shot outside a vehicle in the driveway of a home early Thursday morning, according to the Houston Police Department.

Officers responded to a shooting call about 5:20 a.m. at a residence in the 6900 block of Boyce Street. When officers arrived, they found the man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the driveway outside his vehicle.
Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The man’s identity is being withheld pending notification of family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
Police said neighbors reported hearing a disturbance in the driveway earlier in the morning before multiple gunshots rang out.
Investigators said there is currently no known motive and no suspect has been identified.
