Resident alleges yearlong lack of heat and air conditioning, structural problems at Columbus apartment complex

COLUMBUS, Ohio – A resident of Summit Apartments alleges they have lived for nearly a year without working heat or air conditioning while dealing with ongoing structural problems and water leaks at the apartment complex.

The resident, who lives at Summit Apartments, 4375 Le Marie Court, says they pay $1,070 per month in rent and have repeatedly reported maintenance concerns to management.

According to the resident, work on the heating and cooling system only recently began after nearly a year, but the system still has not been repaired. The resident also alleges the apartment has ongoing structural issues and leaks that have not been fully addressed.

The resident says they have documented the reported conditions with numerous photographs, adding that they have more images than can be shown publicly.
