HOUSTON – Residents at the Silver Star Apartments at 3200 Mangum Road say they have been without electricity since about 1 p.m., leaving children and older residents without air conditioning.
A resident said an access-related issue involving a neighboring apartment complex may be delaying repairs. The resident said apartment management has been trying to help and is not responsible for the outage.
Nearby apartment complexes and businesses still have power, and the outage appears to be isolated to Silver Star.
