BAYTOWN, Texas – A 40-year-old man died after a two-vehicle crash around 4:30 p.m. Oct. 4 in the 5500 block of West Baker Road. According to the Baytown Police Department, the man was a passenger in a Honda Accord.
The Honda was traveling east on West Baker Road when it struck the front of a Ford Maverick turning left from Carter Road to travel west on West Baker Road.
Officers arrived and found the passenger lying on the ground while Baytown EMS treated him. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
All parties involved cooperated with the investigation. The Baytown Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Team responded to the scene and is leading the investigation.
