SAN ANTONIO, TX – At least 38 units responded to a structure fire at an apartment complex in the 4900 block of Medical Drive near Wurzbach Road and Von Scheele Drive.
The fire broke out Friday morning. Fire crews arrived at the scene and began working to contain the blaze at the multi-unit residential complex.
The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time. No word on injuries has been released.
