HOUSTON, TX – A man was shot in the leg during a confrontation at the Dominion Park apartment complex in north Houston.
The shooting occurred in the 100 block of Dominion Park. According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a weapons disturbance call and found a Hispanic male with a gunshot wound to the leg.
The suspect fled the scene but was later located and taken into custody at a separate location.
Deputies stated that the two men were involved in an earlier argument at a different location. The victim later arrived at the apartment, where the suspect followed and opened fire, striking him in the leg.
The victim was transported to the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
