HOUSTON, TX – A 16-year-old male is recovering after being shot multiple times during a possible shootout early Saturday morning in Houston.
The shooting occurred around 2 a.m. in the 1600 block of Allen Parkway.
According to police, officers arrived and found the teen suffering from gunshot wounds to various parts of his body. He was transported to a nearby hospital and is currently in stable condition.
Investigators believe a shootout occurred between two groups, and the teen may have been caught in the crossfire. No suspect description has been provided at this time.
