HOUSTON, TX – Joshua Aaron Gomez, 43, has been taken into custody by members of the Violent Persons Task Force on a felony warrant for Sexual Assault.
According to investigators, Gomez had allegedly been performing unlicensed procedures after the State suspended his chiropractic license following complaints of a sexual nature. Authorities with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Division said they have since identified 12 additional survivors with varying complaints against Gomez.
He was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on the outstanding felony warrant.
Detectives believe there may be more victims who have not yet come forward. A press availability is scheduled for tomorrow.
