HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A driver was arrested after striking a Precinct 4 patrol unit while attempting an improper turn at the North Freeway and Cypresswood Drive last night.
According to Constable Mark Herman, the driver showed clear signs of intoxication, and breath tests registered blood alcohol concentrations of 0.189 and 0.196—over twice the legal limit.
He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated – Class A (BAC over .15) and booked into the Harris County Jail.
