HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Constable Mark Herman’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a theft reported on the morning of September 13, 2025, in the 15200 block of Mason Road.
According to investigators, between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., two male suspects entered a store twice. During their second visit, the clerk refused to provide free merchandise. In response, one suspect grabbed a display case filled with vaping products valued at $1,300 and walked out of the store without paying. The second suspect held the door open to assist.
Both suspects fled the scene on foot heading northbound on Mason Road.
