LEON COUNTY, FL – A woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred Tuesday evening in the 500 block of Ravensview Drive.
According to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 5:30 p.m. on October 7, 2025, and found a deceased male victim with a gunshot wound at the residence.
The suspect, 26-year-old Makayla Hooker, fled the scene but was later located and taken into custody. She has been arrested on a charge of first-degree murder.
