SHREVEPORT, LA – According to the Shreveport Police Department, officers are seeking the public’s help identifying a man who allegedly followed a woman inside a store and took photographs under her dress without her consent.
Police say the incident occurred around 1:10 p.m. Surveillance footage captured the suspect’s actions inside the store, and investigators have released still images to assist with identification.
