POLK COUNTY, FL – Deputies arrested 51-year-old Walter Frymire after a series of unusual incidents that began with a report of a nude man inside a public park restroom, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
When deputies arrived, Frymire was fully clothed. He was trespassed from the park and released without arrest. However, shortly afterward, he crossed the street and trespassed again by climbing onto nearby railroad tracks. Deputies then took him into custody.
Frymire, who has 25 prior arrests and five previous prison terms, was also found in possession of methamphetamine. During a standard body scan at the jail, deputies discovered Frymire had inserted a metal thermos into his body cavity. He was transported to a hospital, where a specialist was required to remove the object.
He now faces multiple charges, including trespassing, possession of methamphetamine, and introducing contraband into a detention facility.
