CAMDEN, ARKANSAS — The Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division has launched a homicide investigation following a fatal shooting in Camden.
At approximately 5:45 p.m. on October 19, 2025, Camden Police responded to a shooting at an apartment in the 100 block of Fort Landing Manner. Officers arrived to find a woman inside the apartment with a gunshot wound.
The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Kimaria Wilson of Camden. Despite emergency efforts, she was pronounced dead at approximately 8:30 p.m. by the Ouachita County Coroner.
Her body will be transported to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory to determine the official cause and manner of death.
