Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies are investigating a fatal accident after a Chevrolet Tahoe rolled over on the Eastex Freeway near Lauder around 1 a.m.
Deputies said the driver lost control of the vehicle, was partially ejected, and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Six people were inside the SUV, including the driver. Deputies say one of these occupants, a juvenile, was transported to a hospital, and the remaining four occupants were not transported. Intoxication is believed to be a factor.
