HOUSTON, TX – Metro Police Department is investigating after a person in a wheelchair was pronounced deceased next to a bus stop in the 600 block of East Tidwell.

Houston Fire Department personnel pronounced the individual deceased at the scene. Metro Police Department is investigating the circumstances.
