LA PORTE, TX – A chemical incident occurred at the ALTIVIA Chemical Complex located at 1901 W H Street in La Porte at 10:11 p.m. on December 18.
According to the facility, activity related to the incident may have been noticeable to the surrounding community. ALTIVIA stated that they coordinated with local officials to resolve the situation.
An all-clear was issued at 10:54 p.m. the same evening. No further details about the incident have been released.
