HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for service involving possible animal fighting in the 4200 block of Danek, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies located a cage on site believed to have been used for rooster matches. Investigators reported finding approximately 300 live roosters and about 50 dead roosters at the location.
No arrests or charges have been announced at this time.
