HOUSTON, TX – A viewer who shared the video said an ambulance left the area with lights and sirens just before 2 a.m., around the same time multiple police units began arriving. The viewer said they began recording around 2:22 a.m. after hearing two loud sounds that sounded like gunshots, but said they could not confirm what the sounds were.
The viewer also said the streets were packed with people and vehicles, and that people were seen running down Hyde Park Street across Montrose Boulevard during the early moments of the activity. No additional information has been released.
