Man accused of shooting children’s mother’s boyfriend after argument at north Houston apartment complex

HOUSTON – A man is accused of shooting his children’s mother’s boyfriend multiple times following an argument at a north Houston apartment complex late Saturday night.

According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded around 11:20 p.m. to an apartment complex in the 15100 block of Vickery Drive for a reported shooting.

Investigators said the shooting stemmed from an argument between the suspect and the mother of his children. During the confrontation, the suspect allegedly shot the woman’s boyfriend four times.

The victim was struck in the arm, abdomen, stomach and leg. He was transported by vehicle to a local hospital, where he was reported to be in stable condition.
