The man who is being charged with the murder of the Kirsnick Khari Ball, (more commonly known as Takeoff of the Hi-Hop trio Migos) Patrick Clark was under investigation back in 2018 in connection with another shooting in Harris County.
That investigation came to a standstill after prosecutors were unable to deliver a bill of indictment. Court documents do not specify why this case was never prosecuted since it was disposed of.
Takeoff was shot outside of a bowling alley in Downtown Houston named 810 Billiards & Bowling on November 1, 2022, after police say an argument broke out possibly over a dice game. Takeoff was not a participant in the dice game just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
