A man is facing multiple charges, including intoxication manslaughter after a three year old who was on life support overnight passed away at the hospital.
Rosendo Gaeta, 35, was found after Constables with Harris County Constable Precinct 4 canvassed the area and found him. According to officers, Gaeta was showing multiple signs of intoxication when officers arrested him.
According to Constable Mark Herman, the child passed away at a local hospital at 12:41 p.m. on January 5, 2023.
Gaeta remains in the Harris County jail and his bond has not yet been set.
