According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded around 2:37 a.m. and found four people with gunshot wounds. Investigators said the man left after the altercation before returning to the residence with a firearm and opening fire. He then fled on foot. The three surviving victims, two women and one man, were transported to local hospitals. The man was in critical condition and undergoing surgery. HOUSTON — A driver was killed after losing control of a Cadillac SUV and overturning on the Northwest Freeway service road near the Fairbanks exit, just before 10 p.m. last night. According to the Houston Police Department, the Cadillac was traveling at a high rate of speed in the 14300 block of the inbound Northwest Freeway service road when the driver lost control, struck a guardrail and overturned. The Cadillac struck another vehicle during the crash. Police said the occupants of that vehicle reported minor injuries and were not believed to have contributed to the crash.
