HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A driver was killed early Wednesday morning after a single-vehicle crash on the Eastex Freeway feeder road near Lauder that caused the vehicle to catch fire, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Anderson with the Harris County Sheriff's Office Vehicular Crimes Division said deputies from the District 2 Patrol Division responded at approximately 1:38 a.m. to the crash scene.
