HOUSTON, TX – A man is dead after losing control of his vehicle while exiting the Katy Freeway.
The accident occurred near Park Ten and the Katy Freeway just before 2 a.m.
According to police, the man who was driving a mustang was coming off the freeway when he lost control, and struck a brick barrier. This caused him to flip multiple times and caused the car to catch on fire. He was not able to get out of the vehicle.
The male, believed to be Hispanic and in his 20’s was pronounced deceased at the scene.
