LEWISVILLE, TX – According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Rogelio Diaz Hernandez, age 60, has been reported missing and is possibly endangered. Hernandez was last seen at 3:30 PM on the 1200 Block of Granada Ln in Lewisville, TX.

Additional Information: Hernandez was last seen on foot, wearing a white and blue hat, a green T-shirt, and dark pants. He walks with a cane, has limited use of his left arm, and wears a small leg brace on his left leg.
