HOUSTON, TX – A fatal shooting occurred between two security guards in the parking lot of a strip center at 7598 Harwin Drive near Fondren Road early this morning.
According to the Houston Police Department, the incident happened just after 6:30 a.m. when the suspect, also a security guard, arrived at the location. The suspect and the victim did know each other.
For unknown reasons, the suspect shot the victim multiple times before calling the police. Officers arrived at the scene and detained the suspect as they began their investigation.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Houston Fire Department.
