Pedestrian killed on East Freeway after being hit by semi

HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian was struck and killed by an 18-wheeler on the East Freeway near Federal Road.

The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. in the 12600 block of the East Freeway.
