An elderly Asian woman believed to be in her seventies was crossing the intersection of Bellaire and Boone in west Houston when a pickup truck that was turning from Boone Rd struck her. October 2, 2022 - A Houston driver ended up upside down in a ditch in the 10300 block of Jensen Rd around 1:30 a.m. near the Eastex Freeway in northeast Houston. https://www.youtube.com/embed/XE8DdYWZXVg A wrecker driver with North Houston Motors was able to successfully recover the Jeep from the ditch.

Several vehicles were involved in an accident in the 4800 block of East Mount Houston, near the Eastex freeway that occurred around 10 p.m. on September 2, 2022. At least one of these hit a utility pole at some point during the accident. https://youtu.be/QUh1J5DWYDE One man also appeared to be detained by police after the accident that took place in front of Manny's Mexican Grill & Seafood restaurant in north Houston. It is not clear why he was detained. Surprisingly, there did not seem to be any major injuries and tow trucks were observed picking up vehicles on the scene. A police chase turned deadly Tuesday morning when police when Houston Police say a driver lost control of his vehicle in the 10500 Block of West Montgomery. https://www.youtube.com/embed/hnXsxu0Rv7U Assistant Chief Belinda Null with the Houston Police Department Criminal Investigations Command stated in a media briefing that the suspect was observed by Houston Police Officers driving without any lights on around 12:43 a.m. on August 16, 2022. The officers then attempted to make a stop, suspecting it was a D.W.I., and put their lights on in an attempt to get the driver's attention and pull the driver over.
